Classic

All qualifying* items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 30 days after the holiday. Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging ($3 fee if not).

*Earrings, engraved and clearance items are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because we are a small business, we do not provide return shipping labels. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end. We recommend USPS Ground Shipping for your cheapest option. Returns must be shipped in a proper bubble mailer - reuse our packaging if you can. Please ship the original Packing Slip that came with your order with your return. If you do not have the packing slip, please write all of your order information on a note inside your return for smooth processing.

Returns can take 1 to 2 business days to process after it gets delivered to our office. If the above instructions aren't followed, it may delay your return even longer. By sending your return you agree to all of the above. We have the right to reject any return that does not follow the above instructions.
