Purchase a $4 return label (USPS) and print it at home, or mail it yourself using your own mailing label from the carrier of your choice. To use one of our labels to purchase and print, click the link below:

- 30-Day Window: Some items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday Orders: Christmas and Valentine’s Day gifts can be returned up to 30 days after the holiday.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. ($3 fee if packaging is missing.)
- Final Sale Items: Earrings, engraved items, and clearance pieces cannot be returned.

WARRANTY CLAIM
💎 Warranty Policy
- Most jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
- If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll replace it.
- Warranty also covers accidental breakage (like a chain getting pulled or caught).
❌ Not Covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Clearance items
- Normal wear & tear (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
📸 Warranty Requirements:
- Photo proof of the damage is required.
- Within 100 days of delivery: we cover shipping for repairs.
- After 100 days: repairs are still free, but customer pays shipping.
- Limit: 2 warranty claims per item.
