Return shipping labels are available for $7 (U.S. orders only). The $7 label fee will be deducted from your refund after your return has been received and processed.

For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer to download and print your return label, as some mobile devices may not display or print labels correctly.

Our prepaid return labels are for returns only. If an exchange is shipped using one of these labels, the package may be refused or returned to you. Return labels are available only for orders delivered within the United States and must be created within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please package your return in a padded mailer or shipping box. Paper envelopes are not accepted.

Please note that earrings, personalized or engraved items, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as stated at the time of purchase.
