Return shipping labels are $5 (USA only). The label cost will be deducted from your return once received. We recommend using a desktop/laptop to download and print out your label as some mobile devices have issues with labels.

This option is only for returns. Exchanges using our labels will be returned or rejected. Return labels can only be made within the United States 30 days from original delivery date. Returns must be shipped in a proper mailer - no paper envelopes.

Earrings, engraved and clearance items are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged as advertised.
