Customers outside the USA must provide their own return shipping labels.

Return Policy:

Eligible* items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Orders placed for Christmas or Valentine’s Day may be returned or exchanged up to 30 days after the holiday.

Items must be in their original, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging. A $3 repackaging feeapplies if original packaging is missing.

*Please note: Earrings, engraved items, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Packaging & Shipping Instructions:

• Returns must be shipped in a protective bubble mailer (you can reuse our original packaging).
• Include your original packing slip inside your return.
• If you no longer have it, please include a note with your full order information to ensure smooth processing.
