RETURNS
Purchase a $4 return label and print it at home, or mail it yourself using your own mailing label.
Return Policies
- 30-Day Window: Some items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Holiday Orders: Christmas and Valentine’s Day gifts can be returned up to 30 days after the holiday.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging. ($3 fee if packaging is missing.)
- Final Sale Items: Earrings, engraved items, and clearance pieces cannot be returned.

SHIPPING TIMES
Please note that all delivery times provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect transit times—such as weather conditions, USPS or carrier delays, customs processing, and national holidays.
We carefully package and ship all orders within 1–2 business days after your purchase. The exact delivery timeframe depends on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are available only for orders placed within the United States. For international orders, delivery times can vary significantly by location and typically range from 1–4 weeks. To give you an idea of average transit times:
- Canada: around 10 business days
- United Kingdom: around 12 business days
- Australia: around 22 business days
- Other regions: timing will vary depending on local postal services and customs procedures.

Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping - 4 to 6 business days
- Priority shipping - 2 to 4 business days
- Express shipping - 1 to 2 business day
International Shipping
- Standard shipping - 1 to 4 weeks - depending on your location.
- Priority shipping - we currently do not support priority international.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will leave our office in 1 to 2 business days from original order date. Expect small increase during gift giving holiday times.
Weekends are not considered business days.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations must be made before items ship.
Personalized items cannot be canceled or changed if production process has begun.
If you notice you made an error with your order, please contact us right away.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide from Louisiana, USA.
International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location and your countries customs.
Please be aware that international orders outside of the US may have duty/tax fees when picking up your package. Check with your local tax laws.
*We currently do not ship to Germany due to new laws and issues.
SHOP APP
Our store is connected to the popular Shop app. Keep in mind, the Shop app does not support most variant selections. That means most likely you will not be able to choose lengths of chains and type engraving requests. If this happens, you will receive the most common options and sizes with blank engravings. We suggest using our main website to deal with variant options if that matters to you.
WARRANTY
Warranty Policy
- Most jewelry comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
- If your item is faulty or we made a mistake, we’ll replace it.
- Warranty also covers accidental breakage (like a chain getting pulled or caught).
Not Covered:
- Lost or stolen items
- Clearance items
- Normal wear & tear (scratches, scuffs, etc.)
Warranty Requirements:
- Photo proof of the damage is required.
- Within 100 days of delivery: we cover shipping for repairs.
- After 100 days: repairs are still free, but customer pays shipping.
- Limit: 2 warranty claims per item.
If you need help, please contact us with a photo of your item and we’ll take care of you.
JEWELRY CARE
Crafted from recycled premium steel, our jewelry is designed to be waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic—no green skin, ever. All pieces are nickel- and lead-free for maximum comfort and safety.
Our gold and black plated styles feature an added protective coating, making them suitable for water-related activities like swimming or working out. However, to preserve the finish, avoid excessive exposure to salt water or high-chlorine environments, as these can gradually wear down the plating.
Jewelry not made from premium steel should be kept completely dry to maintain its quality and longevity.

The majority of our pieces are forged from premium 316L stainless steel, widely regarded as the best in its class. This steel is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic—so you’ll never have to worry about green skin or irritation.
We’re also proud to incorporate recycled stainless steel in many of our designs. That means your jewelry may carry a history—made from reclaimed elements like machines, skyscrapers, or vehicle parts, reimagined into something bold and modern.

While some of our designs are made with brass, which may not be hypoallergenic for everyone, we always recommend our stainless steel options for those with sensitivities. Every product listing clearly notes the materials used, so you can shop with confidence.
