  • All qualifying* items are able to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 14 days after the holiday. Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging ($3 fee if not).

    *Earrings, engraved and clearance items are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Because we are a small business, we do not provide return shipping labels. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end. We recommend USPS Ground Shipping for your cheapest option. Returns must be shipped in a proper bubble mailer - reuse our packaging if you can. Please ship the original Packing Slip that came with your order with your return. If you do not have the packing slip, please write all of your order information on a note inside your return for smooth processing.

    International Shipping

    • Standard shipping - 1 to 6 weeks - depending on your location.
    • Priority shipping - we currently do not support priority international.

    *Standard shipping is great but it is not insured. Please upgrade your shipping if you'd like your package insured in case the postal service damages or makes a mistake beyond our or your control.

  • Orders will leave our office in 1 to 2 business days from original order date. Expect small increase during gift giving holiday times.Weekends are not considered business days.

  • Order cancellations must be made before items ship.

    Personalized items cannot be canceled or changed if production process has begun.

  • We ship worldwide from Louisiana, USA.

    International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location and your countries customs.

    Please be aware that international orders outside of the US may have duty/tax fees when picking up your package. Check with your local tax laws.

  • Most of our jewelry items have a limited lifetime warranty. We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us for a replacement or a full refund. Our warranty also covers any accidental breakage that may occur. We take pride in our handcrafted items and triple check the quality and strength before it leaves our doors. But, we are aware that mistakes and accidents happen - babies pull on necklaces, bracelets get caught on things, and so on. Most jewelry contains delicate components. Please contact us to file a warranty claim.

    Warranty does not cover:

    • Lost or stolen items
    • Clearance items
    • Water / chemical damage

    There is a 2 year warranty on all watches.

    In order for your warranty claim to be accepted, we will ask for photo proof of any damage. Normal wear and tear is not considered faulty (scratches, scuffs, etc) and will not be accepted in a warranty claim.

    If you experience any damages within 100 days from delivery date, we will pay for shipping to repair the item. After 100 days, this will be considered accidental breakage on the customers end (because of wear and tear) so the customer is responsible for all shipping charges - the item will still be repaired for free. Shipping charges are paid to the shipping companies, we make no money on shipping costs.

    Warranty claims are limited to 2 claims in a products lifetime. We cannot be held responsible for continuous negligence towards jewelry care.

    If you are experiencing any rare breakage towards your purchase please contact us to let us know. Please have a photo ready of your item so your warranty claim can go through. We will be happy to help you.

  • For longer lasting quality, please keep all plated jewelry completely dry. Remove all plated jewelry before bathing swimming and exercising. Keep plated and gold filled jewelry away from chemicals in colognes, lotions, cleaners, soaps, and pools. These chemicals can be corrosive over time and can harm the plating and color of the product. Please gently clean with warm water if your items come across any of these products. Store plated jewelry in a cool, dry place when not being worn. Our black jewelry boxes that comes with your order are perfect for storage and travel. Stainless steel jewelry is okay to get wet and is tarnish resistant. You can view the materials of each product in the description part of the website. Water/chemical damage is not covered in our Warranty.
