PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will leave our office in 1 to 2 business days from original order date. Expect small increase during gift giving holiday times.Weekends are not considered business days.
SHIPPING TIMES
Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping* - 3 to 5 business days
- Priority shipping - 2 to 3 business days
- Express shipping - 1 to 2 business day
International Shipping
- Standard shipping - 1 to 6 weeks - depending on your location.
- Priority shipping - we currently do not support priority international.
- Please be aware that international orders outside of the US may have duty/tax fees when picking up your package. Check with your local tax laws.
*Standard shipping is great but it is not insured. Please upgrade your shipping if you'd like your package insured in case the postal service damages or makes a mistake beyond our or your control.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide from Louisiana, USA.
International orders can take anywhere from 1 to 6 weeks depending on your location.
Please be aware that international orders outside of the US may have duty/tax fees when picking up your package. Check with your local tax laws.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
All qualifying* items are able to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 14 days after the holiday.
Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging.
*Earrings, engraved and clearance items are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged.
EXCHANGES
Any qualifying exchange can be processed with your original invoice that came with your order. Fill out the exchange information on the invoice and submit your exchange back to our office.
Product exchanges must be unworn and unused. Earrings, clearance and engraved items are not exchangeable.
Exchanges take 1 to 2 business days to process once delivered to our office.
Return shipping cost to our office is the responsibility of the customer but we offer complimentary shipping back to the customer (USA only).
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations must be made before items ship.
Personalized items cannot be canceled or changed if production process has begun.
If you notice you made an error with your order, please contact us right away.

WARRANTY
All of our jewelry items have a limited lifetime warranty. We’re pretty stringent with our quality control, but occasionally something might slip through the cracks. If your product is faulty, or we sent you an incorrect order by mistake, send it back to us for a replacement or a full refund. Our warranty also covers any accidental breakage that may occur. We take pride in our handcrafted items and triple check the quality and strength before it leaves our doors. But, we are aware that mistakes and accidents happen - babies pull on necklaces, bracelets get caught on things, and so on. Please contact us to file a warranty claim.
Our warranty does not cover water damage. We have it listed in multiple places (product listings, invoices, policies, and even a jewelry care card with every order) that all jewelry must be kept dry. Sweat and oily/acidic skin can also damage plated metals which is out of our control.
If you are experiencing any rare breakage towards your purchase please contact us to let us know. Please have a photo ready of your item so your warranty claim can go through. We will be happy to help you.
Apparel and skin care are not covered under warranty.
JEWELRY CARE
For longer lasting quality, please keep all plated jewelry completely dry. Remove all plated jewelry before bathing swimming and exercising. Keep plated and gold filled jewelry away from chemicals in colognes, lotions, cleaners, soaps, and pools. These chemicals can be corrosive over time and can harm the plating and color of the product. Please gently clean with warm water if your items come across any of these products. Store plated jewelry in a cool, dry place when not being worn. Our black jewelry boxes that comes with your order are perfect for storage and travel. Stainless steel jewelry is okay to get wet and is tarnish resistant. You can view the materials of each product in the description part of the website. Water/chemical damage is not covered in our Warranty.
