As for the shipment, I asked for help as I have to move very soon and I was worried about the delivery time since I live in Italy at the moment, so I asked for help to have a faster international shipment and I was helped right away by the support. Today by paying a very small additional fee (for the express shipping), 10 days before moving, I have already received the ordered item.

Great necklace; purchased it for my husband so he can take his ring off when he goes to the gym. The clasp is a bit tough to open and close, so we docked a star for that. He has short nails and finds it challenging, and I find it hard even when I keep mine longer. Otherwise, it's been great!
