Personalizing jewelry makes for awesome gifts for yourself or for loved ones and we make it easy to get your orders personalized.

All personalized products will have their own customized options on the product's page. If there are no options for that item to be personalized then chances are that product cannot be personalized.

All items are made to order. Processing orders will take 2 to 4 business days before shipping them out. Orders during any gift giving holidays like Christmas or Valentine's Day will take around 7 business days to process before shipping them out. Weekends are not considered business days.

Domestic shipping

• Standard shipping - 3 to 10 business days.

• Priority shipping - 2 to 3 business days.

International shipping

• First class - 1 to 6 weeks - depending on your location.

• Priority shipping - we currently do not support priority international.

► FREE SHIPPING (USA) is awesome! But in order to keep our prices low AND offer free shipping at the same time there has to be a restocking fee on all returns to minimize our loss. Otherwise, we cannot offer free shipping. All returns will be charged a $3 restocking fee to help cover the initial shipping & handling fee that we paid to ship it out to the buyer. The buyer will also have to pay for shipping the return back to our warehouse. Keep in mind custom sized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

**IMPORTANT** Free Shipping is great but it is not insured. Please select Priority Shipping if you'd like your package insured incase the post office damages or makes a mistake beyond our control. It also ships faster that way which is a great perk!
