We ship with both UPS and USPS - you select which one you prefer at checkout. Below is the contact information for both shipping companies. Unfortunately once shipped we are no longer in control of the packages. Keep in mind that we can only see what you see with your tracking updates so contacting the postal service may help you out better if there seems to be a delay with your shipment.
