Returns

Here is everything you need to know about returns. To return your purchase to our warehouse, please note:

  1. All customized items cannot be returned (they are made only for you and cannot be resold)
  2. All custom length necklaces cannot be returned (they are made only for you to the specific length you requested)
  3. Sale items and earrings are final and cannot be returned / exchanged

Now that that's out of the way lets get to your qualifying return:

  1. Item(s) must be in the original condition (not broken, no water damage, etc.)
  2. Returns must be in the mail within 14 business days from original "delivered" date.
  3. Item(s) must be returned with original black gift box ($3 fee if not)
  4. Return must include an order # so we can refund the correct customer (you can find the order # in the emailed invoice - or use original invoice)
  5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returns must be sent in a proper bubble mailer for secure delivery (use our original bubble mailer that came with your order if you can).

** IMPORTANT ** Please include the order # and a note as to why you are sending the product back to us so production can correctly manage your order. Use original invoice paper if you can. If you are exchanging, please include a return addressShipping fees may apply.
 
Returns and exchanges can take 1 to 3 business days to process after it gets delivered to our office. If the above instructions aren't followed, it may delay your return / exchange even longer.
