*Earrings, custom engraved and clearance items are final sale - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

All applicable items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 30 days after the holiday.

Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging. There will be a $3 if the original packaging is missing.

Here is everything you need to know about returns. To return your purchase to our warehouse, please note:

1. All customized items cannot be returned (they are made only for you and cannot be resold)
2. All custom length necklaces cannot be returned (they are made only for you to the specific length you requested)
3. Sale items and earrings are final and cannot be returned / exchanged

Now that that's out of the way lets get to your qualifying return:

1. Item(s) must be in the original condition (not broken, no water damage, etc.)
2. Returns must be in the mail within 30 days from original "delivered" date.
3. Item(s) must be returned with original packaging ($3 fee if not)
4. Return must include an order # so we can refund the correct customer (you can find the order # in the emailed invoice - or use original invoice)
5. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and returns must be sent in a proper bubble mailer for secure delivery (use our original bubble mailer that came with your order if you can).
