Here is everything you need to know about returns. To return your purchase to our warehouse, please note:
- All personalized items cannot be returned (they are made only for you and cannot be resold)
- All custom length necklaces cannot be returned (they are made only for you to the specific length you requested)
- All earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene laws
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned / exchanged
Now that that's out of the way lets get to your qualifying return:
- Item(s) must be in the original condition (not broken, no water damage, etc.)
- Returns must be in the mail within 14 days of original "delivered" date.
- Item(s) must be returned with original black gift box ($3 fee if not)
- Return must include an order # so we can refund the correct customer (you can find the order # in the emailed invoice - or use original invoice)
