All qualifying* items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 30 days after the holiday. Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging ($3 fee if not).

*Earrings, engraved and clearance items are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Because we are a small business, we do not provide return shipping labels. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless there was an error on our end. We recommend USPS Ground Shipping for your cheapest option. Exchanges must be shipped in a proper bubble mailer - reuse our packaging if you can. Please ship the original Packing Slip that came with your order with your exchange. If you do not have the packing slip, please write all of your order information on a note inside your exchange for smooth processing.

Please make sure the product you are wanting to exchange with is in stock and available. Contact us to make sure if you haven't already. Write what you are exchanging with on your original packing slip or a note inside your exchange.
