The clasp is a swivel open hook clasp - simply open the hook by moving the small bar inside the clasp as shown in the photo.

NECKLACES - Size guide for chains - Model has a 15.5" neck, is 5' 10" tall and weights 200lbs. Chains with pendants will weigh down the chain a bit more. Before you buy, try using a rope or shoestring around your neck, find the perfect length, then measure it.
BRACELETS - The best way to measure your wrist is with a fabric tape measure. The measurement should be taken at the smallest part of the wrist between the hand and wrist bone. If you don't have a fabric tape measure, you can use string and a ruler. You will need to wrap the string around your wrist and measure it. After you measure it, cut it to the length you measured. Wrap it around again and make sure that it is a perfect (not loose) fit. If it is loose and overlaps, cut again and double check, then that is your final measurement.
RINGS - Here you will find a ring size chart to help you figure out your size without using a ring sizer. All of our rings are in US sizes. If you need a ring sizer, you can purchase one here.
Processing orders will take 1 to 3 business days before shipping them out. Orders during gift giving holidays like Christmas or Valentine's Day will take around 2 to 4 business days to process before shipping them out. Weekends are not business days.

All non-customized* items are able to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from original delivered date. Christmas and Valentines Day orders can be returned or exchanged 14 days after the holiday.
Items must be in their original unused and unworn condition with original packaging.

Jewelry Care: Stainless steel jewelry is waterproof and tarnish resistant. Simply wash your Modern Out jewelry with regular soap and water. Please note, certain chemicals in cleaning and body products can effect the color coating on steel jewelry. All jewelry is made up of some delicate components. Please refrain from pulling or tugging on jewelry.
Apparel Care: For best results, please wash apparel on cold and tumble dry on low heat. Do not bleach or dry clean. Iron and steam safe.
