We will be testing the "free shipping" option for a few months to see how well this goes. Towards the end of the year we will decide if free shipping is for us or not. So take full advantage while you can!
FREE SHIPPING (USA) is awesome! But in order to keep our prices low AND offer free shipping at the same time there has to be a restocking fee on all returns to minimize our loss. Otherwise, we cannot offer free shipping. All returns will be charged a $3 restocking fee to help cover the initial shipping & handling fee that we paid to ship it out to the buyer. The buyer will also have to pay for shipping the return back to our warehouse. Keep in mind custom sized and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
**IMPORTANT** Free Shipping is great but it is not insured. Please select Priority Shipping if you'd like your package insured incase the post office damages or makes a mistake beyond our control. It also ships faster that way which is a great perk!
